If you have a technical access issue, contact support so the account, purchase, and lesson access state can be investigated.
Refund requests based on not getting clients, not earning revenue, not finishing lessons, changing your mind after accessing the digital materials, or disagreeing with third-party tool costs are not guaranteed. The academy sells education, templates, and workflow practice, not business outcomes.
If a duplicate payment, failed access grant, payment dispute, or billing error is confirmed, the account and purchase record can be reviewed manually.
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
