Your withdrawal right
If you are a consumer in the European Union or another jurisdiction with a mandatory cooling-off period, you may normally have a right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. The availability and effect of that right depend on the applicable law and whether immediate digital supply has already begun with the required consent and acknowledgment.
Immediate digital access
At checkout, we ask you to expressly request immediate access to the digital course before the withdrawal period ends. We also ask you to acknowledge that, where this rule applies and once digital supply begins, you may lose the statutory withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law. The checkbox is not preselected. The accepted wording, version, and time are recorded, and the purchase confirmation repeats the acknowledgment. Mandatory consumer rights and remedies remain unaffected.
How to exercise a right that remains available
Before the applicable deadline, send an unambiguous withdrawal statement through support or to the support email shown below. Include the purchase email, order or payment reference if available, purchase date, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Do not send card details. You may use our model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Where a valid withdrawal right applies and has not been lost, an eligible refund will be sent to the original payment method without undue delay and within the period required by law. Course access may then be revoked. We will explain the decision and any lawful limitation in writing.
Technical problems and billing errors
If course access is missing, materially defective, or not as described, contact support so we can investigate and repair, replace, restore, or otherwise resolve the issue as required by applicable law. Confirmed duplicate charges, failed access grants, or billing errors are also reviewed and corrected.
Digital-content remedies
Nothing in this policy removes statutory conformity remedies. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, a consumer may be entitled to correction or restored access, a proportionate price reduction, termination, or reimbursement where digital content is non-conforming and the legal conditions are met.
Outcome-based requests
The academy sells education, templates, and workflow practice, not business outcomes. A refund is not guaranteed because a student does not get clients or revenue, does not finish the lessons, changes their mind after valid immediate digital access begins, or disagrees with separate third-party tool costs.
Complaints
Contact support first so we can review the access and payment evidence. Romanian consumers may also consult the ANPC alternative dispute-resolution route at anpc.ro/sal. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer operating, so we do not direct consumers to an obsolete ODR form.
Nothing in this policy limits remedies, conformity rights, withdrawal rights, or other consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
