Who these terms apply to
These terms govern purchases and use of Agentic AI Automation Academy, operated by AGENTIC SYSTEMS S.R.L. By creating an account, using the free lessons, or purchasing the course, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity and any required permission to enter this agreement.
How the online contract is formed
- Create or sign in to the account that will receive access.
- Review the course description, final price, policies, and immediate-access request.
- Correct account details in the academy and billing details in Stripe before payment.
- Use Stripe's payment control to place an order with an obligation to pay.
- The purchase contract is formed when Stripe confirms successful payment and our server records the paid enrollment.
We store the order reference, payment status, legal-acceptance version and time, and the access record. Stripe provides the payment confirmation, and the academy sends an access confirmation to the account email on a durable medium. You may request a copy of the applicable terms and order record through support. The public terms remain available before and after purchase.
Purchase and course access
The advertised $49.99 price is a one-time payment for the academy course described on the pricing page. It is a tax-inclusive consumer total. Stripe calculates any displayed tax from the buyer's billing location and the seller's active tax registrations, and shows the final amount before payment. Paid access begins only after Stripe confirms payment to our server. "Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of this course product and the academy's operation; it is not a promise that every third-party tool, lesson, or service will remain unchanged forever.
Access is personal to the purchaser. You may not sell, share, sublicense, copy, scrape, or redistribute an account or the course materials. We may restrict or end access for fraud, payment reversal, unlawful use, serious security abuse, or material breach of these terms. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Digital-content functionality
The academy is a self-paced digital course delivered through an online account. A current browser, internet connection, working email address, and software capable of opening common PDF or document files are required. Optional exercises may require separate third-party tools or accounts; the core written lessons do not require the student to buy every tool mentioned. The pricing page and curriculum describe the current lesson and resource package.
Immediate access, withdrawal, and conformity
Before checkout, consumers are asked separately to request immediate digital access during any applicable withdrawal period and to acknowledge the legal consequence once digital supply begins. The acceptance version and time are recorded and repeated in the purchase confirmation. Read the Refund and Withdrawal Policy and use the model withdrawal form where a withdrawal right remains available.
Mandatory rights concerning accessible, conforming, and correctly described digital content remain unaffected. Where required by law, an eligible consumer may request that a defect be corrected, access restored, a proportionate price reduction applied, or the contract ended.
Permitted learning use
Course lessons, downloads, templates, screenshots, clips, prompts, and examples are provided for personal learning and portfolio preparation. You may use your own lesson artifacts in your own work, but you may not republish the course materials as a competing product, download library, training pack, or public lesson collection.
Responsible use
Students are responsible for following platform terms, local laws, privacy rules, client agreements, and safe automation practices. Do not use the course to build unsafe systems, spam, scrape against provider rules, impersonate people, bypass access controls, or automate decisions that require qualified human review.
Education, not professional advice
The course does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, employment, or regulated professional advice. It teaches practical educational examples, workflows, and review habits. You are responsible for deciding whether a project is appropriate for your jurisdiction, market, tools, and clients. No income, client, employment, or business result is guaranteed.
Third-party services
Third-party tools such as OpenClaw, Claude Code, Codex, Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe, Mux, Mailjet, and YouTube are governed by their own accounts, pricing, availability, rate limits, policies, and terms. Tool costs and provider changes are not controlled by the academy.
Availability and changes
We may update lessons, downloads, interfaces, and tool references to keep the course useful, secure, conforming, or accurate. We may suspend features briefly for maintenance or security. If a material change affects a paid student's access, we will use reasonable steps to restore access or provide an appropriate alternative. The terms in force when an order is placed form part of that purchase; later changes do not remove mandatory rights already acquired.
Language, support, and complaints
The course and normal support are provided in English. An official Romanian-language version of these legal terms is available for Romanian consumers. Consumers may also use a competent court, supervisory authority, or the Romanian ANPC alternative dispute-resolution procedure at anpc.ro/sal, where applicable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protections available under the law of your habitual residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve an issue directly; you may also use any competent consumer or court process available to you.
